Michael Heraghty has been designing websites since 1994, and specialising in UX since 2000.

Before founding User Journeys (originally called Heraghty Internet) in 2003, he worked with Vision Consulting in the UK and US, where he was responsible for the user experience of two major international projects.

  • Multi-disciplinary workshops, paper prototypes, wireframes and visual design direction for AXA car insurance web redesign (2008, subcontract)
  • Requirements gathering, Powerpoint and HTML wireframes, review workshops and usability testing for successful start-up ExamSupport.ie (2007 – 2008)
